The PROBLEM

CYCSTIC Acne aka ADULT Acne has entered my life, like


My skin is soooooooooooooo EXTRA.

Like couldn't I just have a breakout that lasted a little longer than usual.
NOPE! I went full blown ADULT{Cystic Acne}

Before seeing Dr. Emineth my skincare routine went a little like this

D A Y T I M E & N I G H T T I M E

■Cleanser: gently wash face

{I alternated between Aveeno, Cetaphil but mainly used Neutrogena products}

■Apply toner to face with cotton pad{ACV or Witch Hazel}

■Apply moisturizer{Aveeno or Cetaphil}
